Cathy claims the Southernmost territory of Tennessee and has over 25 years’ experience in Systems Design, Customer Service & Sales. She attended the University of North Alabama where she obtained degrees in both Marketing and Computer Information Systems.

Cathy possesses an unparalleled ability to understand and translate the concerns at large, then unearth substantial results. Her days are spent largely advocating for the Call Design customer base, developing new processes for internal workflows and having meaningful conversations with potential clients.

When she’s not harnessing her combined skills and talents in the office, Cathy shifts the same zeal to shopping and organizing. From fashion finds to footstools and beyond, Cathy is most pleased with finding the right fit for the task at hand – embarking on her journey as a fearless explorer to an uncharted land.
