Ken comes to the North American team from Sydney, Australia. He attended the University of New South Wales, where he earned a degree in Engineering with a focus in Computer Engineering. He brings over 9 years’ experience in the ICT and contact center industries.
As Call Design’s Senior Consultant, Ken’s days are filled with product implementations, which include software installation and consulting. He also delivers Workforce Optimization training and best practice education in client environments.
With a host of interests outside the office – from food to photography; his drum beats to the tune of Aerosmith’s “I don’t want to miss a thing”. Just like the song, Ken doesn’t miss a thing! It has been rumored that he bakes a mean set of mini-cupcakes, runs a smooth 13.1 on the regular, and hasn’t met an indoor mountain to tall to climb. Of course, this is all just conjecture for now – only baked goodies will tell.
