Ann Baud

Hi, my name is Ann Baud, a Tennessee native. I grew up in East TN and I have lived in Nashville for about 20 years now. My career started at a small company called TCS in 1995- as did many of my colleagues at Call Design. Customer Focus and Customer Care made us successful, and we have all carried that forward. Call Design is where folks with that passion, enthusiasm, and drive- land – and make a noticeable difference in the industry. I spent 24 years in the Contact Center/Unified Communications industry before concentrating on Nashville Real Estate beginning in 2017. I missed the camaraderie, teaming, and the gratification and excitement of helping our beloved customers solve business challenges. This is where Call Design thrives, and I joined this team/family in February of 2023.
