Hey! I’m Dan Smitley and I’ve been with Call Design since July 2022. I’ve been in the contact center space for over 20 years and have been leading workforce management for over 15 years. I am passionate about helping organizations position their WFM and contact center teams as strategic assets to their organizations; we can be more than just a support service!
Before joining Call Design I was a customer of theirs for years. I was always impressed with the level of care and attention they provided me. Since joining the team I’ve realized that is how they treat all of their customers (apparently I wasn’t their favorite like I thought) and I love that I get to be a part of that now!
I was born and raised in Ohio but now live outside of Charleston, SC with my wife, 2 daughters, and 2 dogs. When I’m not working I’m likely running (necessary evil), playing video games, or traveling with my family.
