Michelle Gaffney

Hi! I’m Michelle, a real life native Nashvillian! I live here with my daughter and dog, both competing for the title “most spoiled in the house”. Little do they realize that I’m the queen of both work AND home, and yes, I do have the tiaras to prove it!

I have degrees from both Boston University and Vanderbilt University and have been helping contact centers solve workforce management problems for over 20 years… I started when I was 5. I am proud to say that I’m the CEO of Call Design for Europe, North America, and Latin America and love leading this amazing team! I wake up every morning excited about connecting customers with solutions to their problems, employees with their passion and development plans, and partners with the best team in the world (this team of course)!
