David Schlacter

I’m David Schlacter – originally from a small town in Northern Ohio but have made Murfreesboro TN my home since 1996. I am married to Leah, have two children (Jake – 22 and Ian – 19), two dogs (Rocco and Knox) and two cats (Daisy and Lilly).

I am SVP of Sales here at Call Design. I am responsible for all Sales activities in North America and LATAM including our team of Account Managers and Sales Executives who oversee our existing clients and new logo opportunities. I also manage the relationship with one of our Strategic Business Partners. I have been with Call Design since 2018 but have been in the WFM/Contact Center Industry for over two decades!

My favorite thing about working at CD is the People – Everyone here is exceptional – from our customers to our Co-Workers and Executive Leadership; the talented thoughtful and passionate people that I get to work with every day make Call Design a very special place!

I love to run, fly fish, and listen to live music…but not all at once!
