I’m one of the increasingly rare unicorn Nashvillians – a non-transplant! But I also spent a few years in Huntsville (AL), Louisville (KY), and London (UK) to get some bona fide culture. I got into the workforce space in 1996 with TCS/Aspect/Alvaria. Over the years I held several roles there – including technical support, training, and management. I made the jump over to Call Design in 2019. Although we all wear multiple hats at Call Design, my most oft-used one is that of ‘pre-sales engineer’ – a.k.a. ‘solutions consultant’ or ‘demo monkey’. I love working at Call Design because of the amazing team of professionals I get to work with each and every day. I feel supported and empowered to do what’s best for our valued customers ALL the time. Plus, our customers are some of the best, have some really fun ones, and I *love* working with them. For years, my resumé has indicated that my favorite pastimes are travel, playing guitar, and cycling – and I probably succeed at them relatively in that order! PS: Ending a sentence with a preposition is something up with which I refuse to put.
