Hola! I’m Rosy Barrera, from Mexico City.

I contribute at Call Design as a Consultant, assisting customers in North America to get the best from their technology, also supporting the Sales team with leads in LATAM. I’ve been in the Contact Center industry for many years, from being an agent on the phones till being a Country Manager, so you can see that I’m passionate about people, customer experience, contact management, employee engagement, technology, etc.
